Reservations

All reservations require a credit card at the time of booking to guarantee the room. A deposit equal to 50% of the reservation will be collected at time of booking.

Guestroom Deposit: A pre-authorization hold of $100 is taken at the time of check-in to guarantee any incidental charges. This pre-authorization hold will be released upon check-out as a reversal (i.e. will not appear as a refund), and it may take up to 3-10 business days for the hold to disappear from your bank account/ bank statement, depending on your financial institution

During Summer/Fall stays (June – October) all rooms are subject to a 14 day cancellation policy. A deposit equal to 50% of the reservation will be collected at time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival to avoid being charged a 5% cancellation fee. At 14-days prior to arrival, a deposit equaling the balance of the reservation will be charged to the card on file. Once full payment is collected, your reservation is non-refundable.

For Winter/Spring stays (November – May) all rooms may be cancelled without penalty until 3 pm, 48 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours or arrival will be charged the first night room and tax. Please refer to our current policies or give us a call at (413) 551-2410.

*Please note that promotional rates and packages must be paid in advance and are not refundable.

All reservations are subject to a 6% county tax, 5.7% sales tax per night, and a .03% city tax per night.

Guests must be 18 or older to check-in.

Yes, we have accessible rooms: Accessible Constance Queen, Accessible Whitlock Double Double, and Accessible Whitlock King. Learn more about our ADA room features.

Please contact the website where your original reservation was created to make changes to your stay. These changes will then be reflected in our system.

General

Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

If you need to request for an early check-in or late check-out, simply reply to your pre-arrival SMS that we sent you or ask one of our team members in the lobby. Please note that this is subject to availability. Early check-ins are available at no extra cost, however any late check-outs past 12:00 PM can incur charges.

Our regular front desk hours are 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you will be arriving after hours, please contact us as early as possible by calling 413.551.2410 or email stay@thelenoxcollection.com, with a minimum of 24 hours notice so we can provide you with instructions for arrival.

When checking out, you may drop off your key(s) at the front desk, drop them in the key drop box near the exit, or leave them in your room.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in our public areas and guestrooms.

Parking is available onsite and free of charge!

Pets are not permitted at The Constance.

Yes, we happily offer pet-free rooms to those with allergies.

Yes, please see our front desk for luggage storage before check-in, or after check-out.

Yes, Pack n’ Plays can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

Yes, all rooms are equipped with hair dryers.
